› Job Description:
Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper/Accountant

This position requires excellent computer skills and bookkeeping skills with experience and skills in A/P, A/R, G/L using QuickBooks Premier 2006. Need exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. Efficient handling of all calls relating to bookkeeping matters/collections with vendors and customers is a must. The ability to prepare clear, accurate and organized financial reports for business owners and corporate accountant is very important. Position requires maintaining all employee records including insurance benefits, tracking employee time records using time tracker software and tracking employee sales and commissions to prepare payroll data and employee records for outsourcing to private payroll company.

› Required Skills:
  • Bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, G/L using QuickBooks Premier 2006. Reconciliation of bank statements
  • Online banking and online payment processing
  • Need excellent organization skills and multi-tasking ability
  • Communication skills both verbal and written must be excellent
  • All aspects of general administrative duties including, but not limited to the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Publisher, Adobe Acrobat and other miscellaneous business software
  • Working knowledge of office machines, i.e. fax, various printers and office phone system
› Responsibilities:
  • Track client billable projects as well as internal projects through the use of various custom web-based applications designed to communicate with customers and internally.
  • Enter/edit data into and assure completeness and accuracy of information in all of company's internal client/vendor/etc. databases, (Goldmine Business Contact Manager, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Maintain all employee records and benefits to include time records, insurance benefits and federal and state payroll taxes.
  • Create invoices and perform re-occurring invoicing quarterly billing. Ensure accuracy of all invoicing by performing self audits.
  • General office management duties and supplies, maintain office equipment.
  • Maintain database of all Online banking and online financial accounts and maintain their security.
  • Create and maintain excellent rapport with clients and staff.
  • Answer phones, route calls and handle all calls relating to all financial matters with vendors and customers.
  • Preparation of needed records and communication with corporate accountant.

Web Designer / Graphic Artist

Looking for a talented individual to assist in the design and production of client websites. Individual must have knowledge of web standards, web design concepts and trends, web usability and user-interface design concepts. Have the ability to create visually appealing, functional web pages using a proprietary, database driven enterprise-level web template developed in a ColdFusion environment. Programming of ColdFusion and SQL databases are not required, but some working knowledge a plus.

All considered applicants will be tested for these skills.

› Required Skills:
  • 2+ years experience and expert knowledge in graphics design with Adobe Photoshop
  • 2+ years experience and expert knowledge in developing and designing web sites
  • 2+ years experience and expert knowledge with HTML & CSS (ability to handcode a plus)
  • Working knowledge with DHTML & Javascript
  • Experience working with Macromedia Studio a plus
  • 2+ years of experience with general PC/ Microsoft Office Suite skills - e-mail and tracking project time in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and see them through completion
  • Capable of learning multiple proprietary content web-based management systems and web-based intranet applications
› Non-technical Skills:
Strong communication skills (written and oral). Must possess a valid drivers license and have your own mode of transportation.
